Yes, you can use the generated music in the content you make for a client such as a video, provided you're acting as a freelancer or a company.

Yes, you can use SOUNDRAW's tracks as in-store music of one (1) physical store you own.

Use in podcasts, vlogs, TV and radio broadcasts

Yes, you can use SOUNDRAW's music in all these cases. Content that was published while your subscription was active and which includes SOUNDRAW tracks can remain published, even after you cancel your subscription.

Use in games

Yes, you can definitely use the music as background music for your game! To upload the Original Soundtrack (OST) to Spotify or Apple Music, refer to the "Release to Spotify, Apple Music, etc." section. Games released during your active subscription with SOUNDRAW tracks can continue using them even after cancellation.

Use in live streams

Yes, feel free to use Soundraw music for live streams on platforms like TikTok Live, Twitch, YouTube Live, and Instagram Live. Stream recordings that were published while your subscription was active and which include SOUNDRAW tracks can remain published, even after you cancel your subscription.

Use as hold music in phone calls

Yes, you can use SOUNDRAW's tracks for hold music of your company.

Artist Plan Only

Meditation, Lo-Fi, and Relaxation Content

Depends. You can use SOUNDRAW's music in Meditation, Lo-Fi or Relaxation videos. However, if you use SOUNDRAW tracks as downloaded, you can only keep your videos published while your SOUNDRAW subscription is active. If you modify the tracks, for example by adding your vocals or an instrumental track played by you, check the conditions on Release to Spotify, Apple Music, etc. You need the Artist plan for this purpose. Please note that it’s not available with the Creator plan."

Release to Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

Depends. You can distribute tracks generated by SOUNDRAW to DSPs such as Spotify only if you modify them. For example, by adding your vocals or an instrumental track played by you. The final, modified song needs to sound clearly different to the original, downloaded track. You need the Artist plan for this purpose. Please note that it’s not available with the Creator plan.

Copyright Protection

No copyright strikes

Yes. We go to great lengths to prevent copyright strikes, for example by registering all songs generated to Youtube's Content ID. You will very rarely get a copyright strike on any platform, but if that ever happens, we guarantee our full support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Legal & Ethical

Yes. We exclusively train our AI on music created in-house, making sure we don't jeopardize the well-being of the artists we admire. It also eliminates legal risks associated with copyright, current or future. You can use our music with peace of mind.

Don't register the Content ID

No. Registering music to identification services such as YouTube Content ID, is prohibited. This ensures all users to enjoy royalty-free music.

Is my song unique?

Yes. Don’t worry about others getting the same song. Every request generates a new list of songs. While there might be occasional overlaps in melody or sound, the chances of receiving the exact same track twice are practically zero.

No credit required

Yes, you can use our music in your project without needing to credit SOUNDRAW, although we'll be thrilled if you do! :)

If I cancel my subscription, do I have to take my content down?

Depends. In most cases, there’s no need to take it down, except for lofi content. However, after canceling your subscription, you won’t be able to use the tracks in any new projects.

Selling tracks on a marketplace

No, you cannot sell a SOUNDRAW track on a marketplace or platform like Beatstars or Artlist. This includes whether as downloaded or after being modified.
